FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Depending on the product you may be able to select the color of the shirt, verify the color by displayed swatch not by the t-shirt color, as it maybe different. The

How is the Quality

Our made to order t-shirts are printed on American Apparel T-shirts which are made in a sweat shop free factory..

How do I order?

A: All orders can be placed via the website or custom orders via the online designer. For bulk orders or other inquiry's email us at sales@tshirtjunction.ca


How long does it take to receive an order?

A: Orders are shipped in approximately 5-7 business days. In some cases it may take longer depending on the order.

What if I have an issue with my order?

A: If there is an issue with your order please send the issue along with a copy of the packing slip to sales@tshirtjunction.ca


What if I need a custom order?

A: Custom art must be approved by Frank. Please allow at least 14 days for custom order shipment. sales@tshirtjunction.ca

It is your responsibility to review your invoice. Please let us know if any changes need to be made prior to paying.

Ink Color does not change. Art can not be modified.

Once an order is paid, items cannot be added and changes cannot be made.

Please review and let us know of any issues with your order within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

All invoices must be paid in 24 hours all sales are final.
